Delivery time for pre-labeled in-stock products is 1-3 working days in Finland. For on demand products, delivery time is approx. 2 weeks.
A shipping and handling fee of €6.95 incl. VAT is charged for all orders.
Products have a 14-day right of return from receipt of the product. The returned product must be unused, resalable and in its original condition. All product labels and any seals must be attached to the product.
Return shipping costs will be charged from the return amount. The return costs are €8.95.

For uncollected shipments, we will only refund the price of the products. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
